Arkansas Second Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction Church of God In Christ. Bishop Frank J. Anderson, Jr., Jurisdictional Prelate Mother Jeanette Watkins, Jurisdictional Supervisor of Women. Based in Central Arkansas Bishop's Bio Bishop Frank J. Anderson, Jr., is the Pastor of the New Zion Temple Church of God In Christ in Conway, AR. He was born the youngest of five children in Morriton, Arkansas, on May 21, 1944, to the blessed union of the late Frank J. Anderson, Sr. and Jessie Brook Anderson. At the age of 16, he met a young girl by the name of Joyce Jackson and because of the teaching she had, she told him that if he wanted her, he had to be saved. On April 22, 1962, the Lord came into his life and a few days later, the fire fell from heaven and he was filled with the Holy Ghost. Pastor Anderson was called by God to the ministry at the age of 18 and six months later, he was licensed to preach the gospel. He was appointed assistant pastor and had a radio broadcast at the age of 19. He has served the Arkansas Second Jurisdiction in the following capacities: District Evangelist President (1966); District YPWW President in 1968; Ordained an Elder in 1969 under the leadership of Bishop R. B. Hatley; Interim District Superintendent of District #5 (1969-1970); Interim Pastor of the Sinai Church Of God In Christ (1969-1970); Pastor of the Zion Temple Church Of God In Christ (1969-Present); Jurisdictional Evangelist President (1972-1994); National Evangelist (1972-1996); Administrative Assistant (1980-present); and the First Administrative Assistant to Bishop D. L. Lindsey (1997-present) As an evangelist, Bishop Anderson was called by God “to annoint a pool of water for the deliverance to the unsaved, brokenhearted, and the sick.” He is known as the preacher with the pool.” He continues to hold up the blood stained banner, the cradle of love, and he has faith to believe that men, women, boys and girls will be saved. He continues to want Jesus our Lord and Savior to say, “Well done my good and faithful servant.” Bishop Anderson was the founding pastor of the Powerhouse Church of God In Christ (Morrilton, AR) and he rebuilt the Zion Temple Church (Conway, AR) in 1980. He has shared with the church the vision to build another edifice for the congregation and a Family Life Center. He has served as the first African-American Chaplain of the Morrilton Jaycees and is a recepient of an outstanding citizen award from the Office of the Governor. Bishop Anderson was educated at the Sarah E. Clark Elementary School and the L. W. Sullivan High School in Morrilton. He attended Arkansas Baptist College in Little Rock, Arkansas where he studied religion and sociology. He started the Anderson Construction Company and is an avid Real Estate investor. Pastor Anderson with joy has been married to his high school sweetheart, Joyce Jackson Anderson for 60 years. God has blessed them with one son Jeff, who has added his lovely wife ZeAndrea to their family. The Andersons have four grandchildren, Jeffery, Jr., Katlynn Grace, Jackson Cole and Channing Bryce, and three great grandchildren Jermey,Aryn, Jaeson .

Elder Jeff Anderson Sr.
Elder Jeff Anderson Sr. Is the Assistant Pastor of New Zion Temple Church of God In Christ In Conway, Ar. He was born October 31,1965 to the union of Bishop Frank and Lady Joyce Anderson. At the age of 24 he was saved on January 1st 1989. He answered his call into ministry in spring of 1996. Elder Anderson has served the New Zion Temple in many areas of ministry , including Youth Pastor, YPWW President,Sunday School Teacher , Church organist , New member Coordinator, and many other behind the scene capacities. Elder Anderson served in the Second Jurisdiction of Arkansas for 6 years as the state AIM Chairman. In the Secular Community Elder Anderson graduated from Arkansas Tech University with a degree in business management . He worked as a JC Penney Senior Merchandise Manager for 12 plus years . Also , he worked for Kroger in the same capacity for 3 plus years . He worked in the family business as a brick mason founded by Bishop Anderson and Uncle Robert Anderson for many years. Due to life changing events , God directed him to start his own business which he has owned and operated for 13 years to present. Elder Anderson was blessed to marry to Zeandrea Cole Anderson on February 11,2005 . They are the proud parents of Elder Jefferey Anderson Jr. , Austin Anderson (daughter in love ), Katlyn Anderson , Jackson Anderson and Channing Anderson . They are the proud grandparents of Jeremy Anderson , Aryn Anderson, Jaeson Anderson .

Lady Joyce Anderson was born July 31,1946 to the John Henry & Dorthy Morris Jackson . She is one of twelve children , six girls & six boys . While growing up in Russellville AR, she attended James Elementary School . She attended high school at L.W. Sullivan High school in Morrilton Arkansas and attended college at Arkansas Tech University in Russellville Arkansas. On August 25,1962 , she married her high school sweet heart , Frank Anderson. He is now now the Bishop Frank Anderson , Prelate of the second jurisdiction of Arkansas Church Of God In Christ . They are blessed with a son Elder Jeffery Anderson Sr. , A daughter In Love Zeandrea Anderson , Four grand children , Jeffery Anderson Jr. , ( grand daughter in love ) Austin , Katlynn Grace , Jackson cole, Channimg Bryce Anderson . She has three great grandchildren, Jeremy Anderson , Arynn Anderson, Jaeson Anderson. She was saved and gave her life to the Lord at the age 15 years old. During a revival at Faith Temple Church Of God In Christ in Russellville Arkansas, where the Elder Richard E. Huff was the Evangelist , her membership was there until , she and her husband Elder Frank Anderson were appointed as Pastor to the Zion Temple Church of God In Christ in Conway, Ar. Lady Joyce Anderson have supported him for fifty years as Pastor. She has served as needed willingly and continues to do so. Some of the Capacities she has served in are teacher, choir member , pianist , organist , and at this present time is the overseer of the Women’s Ministry . She is the First Lady of The New Zion Temple & Sinai Church Of God In Christ in Conway Arkansas, First Lady of the 2nd Jurisdiction Of Arkansas. She has served Locally, District & State with a Grateful heart as the Lord has enabled her to. She has a love for people, young people, and does what ever she can to help encourage them, to live for God, and be the Best they can be. Her motto is . “ For God I Live & For God I’ll Die “

ZeAndrea Anderson
Sis. ZeAndrea "Zandy" Anderson is the Music Ministry President of New Zion Temple COGIC in Conway, AR. She was born November 4, 1978, to Mother Barbara M. Sims and Deacon Willie Sims. Sis. ZeAndrea Anderson was born and raised COGIC and was saved at an early age, but fully gave her life to God after graduating from college. Sis. ZeAndrea is orginally from Louisville, MS and has been a resident of Conway, AR since 2004. Before coming to AR, she was an active member of Mississippi Southern 1st Jurisdiction COGIC and was a member of Mt. Olive COGIC . She was active on a local, district and state level. On the local level, Sis. ZeAndrea was choir director, on the pastor's aide committee, Sunday School secretary and assisted with the youth department in various areas. On the district and state level, Sis. Anderson was active in the choir. Since being a member of New Zion Temple, Sis. Anderson has been active on the youth department, youth president assistant, Sunshine band president for 4 years and assistant sunshine district president for 3 years, she was the primary and kindergarten Sunday school teacher for a number of years. She is a member of the Conway district choir as well. Sis. ZeAndrea Anderson graduated from University of Mississippi "Ole Miss" with a bachelor degree in Social Work. Sis. ZeAndrea was a licensed social worker in Mississippi from 2001 until 2004 and became licensed with the state of AR in 2004 until present. She has been a licensed social worker for 19 years. In Mississippi, she was employed at Walmart from 1996-2000, Community Counseling Services for a year as a Children's Case Manager. She was also employed with Golden Triangle Planning and Development from 2002-2004 as a Medicaid Waiver Case Manager. In AR, she was employed with UAMS/KIDS FIRST from 2004 until 2014 as Social Service Consultant and DDS Coordinator. Sis. Anderson is now employed with Hospice Home Care since 2014 until November/2023 as a Hospice Medical Social Worker, Currently Sister ZeAndrea Anderson is the owner of a non-profit company called Z-Cares LLC, specializing in healthcare advocacy, Sister ZeAndrea has been a social worker for over 22 years. Sis. ZeAndrea Anderson is the wife of Elder Jeff Anderson Sr. the Assistant Pastor of New Zion Temple. They have been married for 19 years and the proud parents of Elder Jeffery Anderson Jr., Austin Anderson ( daughter in love) Katlynn Anderson, Jackson Anderson and Channing Anderson. They are also the proud grandparents of Jeremy Anderson ,Aryn Anderson, Jaeson Anderson . Sis. Anderson loves God and her family and enjoys helping to build God's kingdom.
